They are playing in the sunny park when Aria swings high and then falls off the swing. Aria has shiny blonde hair, a little cat-ear headband, a blue ruffled top and pink star leggings. She is brave and a little bossy, but her knee hurts and she starts to cry.

Lola runs over right away and sits beside her friend to help. Lola has brown hair in a neat bun, a maroon hoodie and a small backpack, and she is kind and funny. She wipes the scrape gently and gives Aria a big, silly hug to make her smile.

Lola's mum thinks it is best to go to the hospital, so she lifts them into the car and drives away. In the back seat, Lola tells jokes, hums a tune, and holds Aria's hand so she does not feel scared. Aria giggles at Lola's funny faces even though her knee still aches.

At the hospital a friendly doctor checks Aria's knee with bright lights and calm words. The doctor cleans the scrape, puts a soft bandage on, and gives Aria a tiny sticker to cheer her up. Lola watches closely and asks quiet questions while Aria hugs her bandage.

Lola asks the doctor lots and lots of questions about bandages, medicines, and how doctors learn to help. The doctor answers gently and shows Lola how the bandage will keep the scrape clean. Lola nods and remembers each little thing like a curious helper.

As they leave, Lola looks up and sees a big helicopter landing on the hospital roof with a whoosh and whirr. The blades spin and the wind blows papers and leaves; Aria claps with wide eyes. Lola asks her mum, "Can doctors fly in that?" and her mum smiles and says, "Sometimes they do, to help people far away or very quickly."

Many years later, Lola is grown and she works as a paramedic who flies in a helicopter to help people around the world. She wears a bright uniform, helps patients with steady hands, and remembers how she cared for Aria on that park day. Lola's kindness and curiosity took her high into the sky to do good.

Lola visits places near and far, bringing care, courage, and a friendly smile wherever she lands. She still asks questions and still tells little jokes to make children giggle. And every time the helicopter lifts, Lola remembers that small helping hand in the park that started it all.
