Mike zoomed down the big hill, his messy blonde hair flying in the wind. Suddenly, he hit a bump and went crash onto the soft grass! He was okay, but his bike lay on the ground looking very sad and bent. Mike knew exactly what to do.

He dragged the bike to his garage and looked at the twisted metal frame. Mike wiped his hands on his oil-stained overalls and grabbed a heavy wrench. With a strong pull and a loud grunt, he bent the frame back until it was perfectly straight.

But wait, the front tire was flat and hissing like a snake! Mike found a sharp thorn stuck in the rubber, so he grabbed his patch kit. He carefully glued a patch over the hole and pumped the tire up until it was round and bouncy again.

Mike smiled and wiped the grease from his forehead. He hopped back on the seat and pedaled fast, his wheels spinning smoothly. Mike was happy because hard work fixed his bike perfectly. Zoom, zoom, away he went!
