Avni was wide awake in her cozy bed, wearing her soft green pajamas. She blinked at the moon shining outside her window. "I can't sleep," she whispered, hugging her pillow tight.

Avni tried counting stars one by one, but her eyes stayed open. Then she took a big, slow breath and blew out like she was blowing bubbles. "Maybe that will help!" she hoped.

Next, Avni imagined a quiet forest with gentle animals sleeping under big trees. She hugged her teddy close and felt sleepy stars twinkle in her head.

Slowly, Avni's eyes closed, and a smile spread on her face. "Finally, I’m asleep," she sighed, dreaming sweet dreams in her peaceful green pajamas.
