Nick is playing with his friends. Oh no! James does not want to share. He pushes, and the friends feel sad.

Pop! A kind and wise unicorn appears in the room. 'Can you help us?' asks Nick. The unicorn smiles a warm, bright smile.

'You can help your friends,' the unicorn tells Nick. 'You can be kind. You can share your toys and always use gentle hands.'

The unicorn shows them a magic trick. 'Pretend you are smelling a pretty flower,' she says. 'Breathe in slowly, then blow the air out.'

The children close their eyes. They breathe in the sweet flower smell and breathe out slowly. Now they feel very calm and happy.

'Good choices make your heart grow bigger,' says the unicorn. Nick wants a big heart! 'I can share! I can use gentle hands!' he says.

Nick walks over to James and gives him a big smile. 'Let us play together,' Nick says kindly. He shares a fun toy with his friend.

James stops pushing. He smiles and shares his toys, too! All the friends are so happy, and Nick feels his heart grow big and warm.
